We use LogMeIn Central by GoTo to manage many of our client's. It really comes in handy when we need to reliably connect to their workstations and servers. Saves us a lot of time and hassle. We started out using LogMeIn Central by GoTo many years ago exclusively. Right now we still use it but it's in addition to other products that allow us to similarly remotely connect to clients.
Pros
It allows us to remotely connect to clients.
We also on occasion use LogMeIn123.com when necessary
Helps us to easily see what the status of all our client's PCs are.
Cons
Personally, I think it's a very expensive product. We used to use LogMeIn Central by GoTo exclusively but now use a hybrid of LogMeIn Central by GoTo and other products to remotely handle our client's needs. Our only real issue is the cost.
Likelihood to Recommend
LogMeIn Central by GoTo just works. It's very reliable and we are happy with the product and its functions. The only issue we have is with the pricing. It just became too expensive for us to justify using it exclusively.

In our company, we use LogMeIn Central to make sure everything runs smoothly, especially with so many POS agents out in the field. The big challenge it helps us tackle is letting our IT team fix computer issues from anywhere. With people all over the place, it's a real headache if they can't get into their systems. LogMeIn Central makes it easy for our IT and Help Desk Professionals to solve problems without having to be physically present, which saves us a bunch of time and hassle. We also use it to keep an eye on how everything's doing. It helps us check if computers are healthy, update software, and keep things working smoothly. This is important, especially for our POS who are out there making sales.
Pros
Reliable Remote Access: LogMeIn Central is fantastic when it comes to providing secure and reliable remote access to our systems.

2. Less Appropriate Scenario: Operating in areas with limited internet bandwidth. LogMeIn Central relies on a stable internet connection for efficient remote access. I had experiences where I was unable to resolve issues because of low bandwidth environment.
We utilize LogMeIn Central by GoTo for remote computer access and control. This is an integral piece in our IT tool kit. It gets used weekly for sure and sometimes even daily. It is extremely helpful in use with end user issues for troubleshooting and fixing user issues. It is installed on every user machine before being put into use.
Pros
Remote computer control
file transfer
remote chat with end users
Cons
Printer sharing is confusing and troublesome when trying to troubleshoot a printer issue on the end user side

Likelihood to Recommend
LogMeIn Central by GoTo is perfect for small IT departments managing many computers especially in different buildings and/or properties. The fact that an IT technician can remotely control and troubleshoot a user's computer without physical access is extremely helpful. It would be less appropriate for a small single building company.
We use LogMeIn Central by GoTo primarily as a secondary, but daily used, remote access solution across multiple clients to allow for easy, direct access to specific machines at client locations. It affords easy access from multiple devices (PC, macOS & iOS) and incorporates background file transfer and command prompt ability, as well.
Pros
Remote access
Quick insight into uptime of particular machine
Software-based VPN into client network
Cons
It's not a true RMM and is missing some key functionality in that realm while it claims to be one
Compared to a true RMM, it's too costly to deploy across an entire organization
Likelihood to Recommend
LogMeIn Central by GoTo is well suited for easy, direct access to specific, perhaps mission critical, machines. Its remote control functionality and speed is very good - best in class, really. However, it simply can't replace a true and traditional RMM product in terms of robustness and overall ability (or lack thereof).

From a single place, I can use LogMeIn Central to monitor which machines need upgrades and determine whether to delay them until after isolated testing. I can also use the One2Many tool to arrange batch updates for third-party software. Plus, it enables me to provide Ad Hoc Support sessions to staff members who are experiencing problems with their client computers.
We use LogMeIn Central by GoTo for remote management and monitoring of various devices, specifically desk tops and laptops. It can also be used for patch management and automation through the software. This often times is used when issues occur and a Level 2 or 3 technician will need to remote into the device to review what is occurring. Action items can then be handled by the technician to remediate the issue.

Cons

Printing issues with various reports can sometime be fluky, then suddenly they clear up
Likelihood to Recommend
This is a great tool whether your an SMB (Small/Medium) business or a larger enterprise company. One of the biggest struggles that folks have is when something is not functioning correctly on their laptop or device and they are unable to articulate the issue, or just at a loss. This is also useful with manufacturers who sell laptops/desktops to provide assistance to the end client to identify hardware or software issues on their machine.
I've used LogMeIn Central by GoTo for six years. It was recommended to me by an IT professional. It's reliability was a life saver during the pandemic. In our fast paced world it's no longer practical to travel to clients this is a reliable fix for that. It's also good if you provide software support or other troubleshooting.
Pros
Web based client easy to use
Extremely reliable
Great support
Easy setup
Cons
Needs a little tweaking to install on a Windows 11 computer
Graphics on LogMeIn Central by GoTo client could be clearer
Can be frustrating on an unstable connection
Likelihood to Recommend

Two factor authentication provides added security. An invaluable tool in our remote access business world. A time saving superstar!

I have several companies that I have installed LogMeIn Central by GoTo that we use to remotely manage all company computers in one interface. We can look at cpu usage, installed software etc when troubleshooting end users. It is a all in one platform to manage small to large enterprise organizations.
Pros
Organize computer into groups
Remote management and inventory
Trouble shooting issues
send and receive files
Cons
Cost
speed
screen resolution sometimes is an issue especially with smaller notebook screen size
Audio is sometimes and issue where the audio is not in sync.
Likelihood to Recommend
This platform is great on troubleshooting and doing tech support for remote users. The full tool set allows me to pull and send files to the remote computer/server. I can use shortcut keystrokes to speed out routing short keys on Windows computers. It is really hard to think of a circumstance where LogMeIn Central by GoTo is less appropriate. I can only think of an issue if the remote computer has malware and or issue with internet connectivity and trying to log in becomes ineffective.
We use it to monitor and manage our large number of Kiosks at multiple buildings within our organization. Helping us keep them updated and alerting us of issues. It helps us be pro active instead of reactive in many of our cases. Essentially it just helps keeps us a little more organized.
Pros
Automation of patches
Monitoring
Management of Kiosks
Cons
GUI can feel cluttered
Faster alerts
Easier monitoring with large numbers
Likelihood to Recommend
Staying on top of the number and amount of kiosks across our multiple building and infrastructure, we can keep them updated and patched appropriately. It's pretty user friendly and easy to navigate once you have a little experience. I feel if we had less devices within our organization it would not be as essential to help maintain them.
