Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central by GoTo
I have several companies that I have installed LogMeIn Central by GoTo that we use to remotely manage all company computers in one interface. We can look at cpu usage, installed software etc when troubleshooting end users. It is a all in one platform to manage small to large enterprise organizations.

- Remote management and inventory
- Trouble shooting issues
- send and receive files
- Cost
- speed
- screen resolution sometimes is an issue especially with smaller notebook screen size
- Audio is sometimes and issue where the audio is not in sync.
- Saved travel times to fix remote computers
- The screen recording has helped our IT staff prove that the technican was not responsible for issues the end user accused our support staff of doing
- Overall cost saving out weighs the cost per computer especially at remote sites across the country or world
- We have been able to run reports showing management how effective our IT services have been and the time saving involved in correcting computer hardware and software issues.
The closets of the above mentioned would be screenconnect and we do have some clients that use it. screenconnect is a little cheaper for the client to use compared the LogMeIn Central by GoTo but the overall ease of use is better the LogMeIn Central by GoTo. AnyDesk, RemotePC and Teamview is really not an enterprise solution and really can't compare all the bells and whistles that LogMeIn Central by GoTo has to offer.
