Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central by GoTo
We utilize LogMeIn Central by GoTo for remote computer access and control. This is an integral piece in our IT tool kit. It gets used weekly for sure and sometimes even daily. It is extremely helpful in use with end user issues for troubleshooting and fixing user issues. It is installed on every user machine before being put into use.

- Printer sharing is confusing and troublesome when trying to troubleshoot a printer issue on the end user side

- TeamViewer and Splashtop
LogMeIn Central by GoTo is better than Team Viewer in it's central management portal and it's remote installation by end users without needing to pass any kind of login or access codes back and forth to gain remote access.
Its remote control is much better than Splashtop in that it is much more fluid and responsive. Splashtop was always very laggy.
