Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central by GoTo

We use LogMeIn Central by GoTo to manage many of our client's. It really comes in handy when we need to reliably connect to their workstations and servers. Saves us a lot of time and hassle. We started out using LogMeIn Central by GoTo many years ago exclusively. Right now we still use it but it's in addition to other products that allow us to similarly remotely connect to clients.

Pros

  • It allows us to remotely connect to clients.
  • We also on occasion use LogMeIn123.com when necessary
  • Helps us to easily see what the status of all our client's PCs are.

Cons

  • Personally, I think it's a very expensive product. We used to use LogMeIn Central by GoTo exclusively but now use a hybrid of LogMeIn Central by GoTo and other products to remotely handle our client's needs. Our only real issue is the cost.
  • In general, just being able to remotely access and monitor client's workstations and servers has saved us a lot of time and money. LogMeIn Central by GoTo is an excellent product BUT due to it's cost we have also subscribed to other similar services to accomplish the "same" thing.
It just works wonderfully. It gives us the ability to safely, securely and stably access PCs and servers.
Again it's an excellent product that is reliable.
LogMeIn Central by GoTo for connecting remotely to PCs and servers stacks up really well. I find it more reliable and secure.

LogMeIn Central by GoTo just works. It's very reliable and we are happy with the product and its functions. The only issue we have is with the pricing. It just became too expensive for us to justify using it exclusively.
