HubSpot CRM made my daily lead Management Much easier

Rating: 7 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I rely on HubSpot CRM to monitor leads, manage contacts, and streamline follow-ups all in one location. Previously, our team faced challenges with disorganized e-mails and over looked reminders, but HubSpot addressed this by providing a comprehensive timeline of each interaction.

Pros

  • HubSpot takes care of logging e-mails, calls, and notes all in one timeline, making it super easy to see a customer's history without having to dig through variuos tools.
  • With tasks, reminders, and some basic automation, it make sure that no lead slips through ther crack.
  • Updating deals, verifing contact info, and keeping tract progress is really simple.

Cons

  • More in-depth analystics or personalized dashboards usually need an upgrade, which can be a limitation for smaller teams
  • Creating multi - step automation.
  • Simple updates are fine, but toggling between contacts, deals , and tasks.

Likelihood to Recommend

From what I've seen , HubSpot CRM is super effective for rapidly tracking new leads, reviewing their entire communication history, and setting follow-up tasks all in one place. It is a lifesaver on hectic days since it automatically keeps e-mails, notes, and calls organized, helping me stay on top of every contact.

CRM Solutions are tricky and HubSpot CRM can be a powerful tool

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use HubSpot CRM as our main CRM for Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. I focus on the Customer Success use case, where we are looking to have a holistic database that captures all of our customer interactions, and proactively provides insights that drive thoughtful engagement with our existing customer base.

Pros

  • Tracking deals with customizable fields
  • Integrating with google calendar and email
  • Task management and automated task workflows

Cons

  • Integrations with other providers like PostHog for usage data has been clunky
  • Ability to run reports across various fields can be cumbersome
  • Getting curated lists of contacts and customers is manual

Likelihood to Recommend

HubSpot CRM is a great CRM if you have simple data that you're trying to track and monitor on an ongoing basis. You can set up automated workflows that trigger events -- whether for deals closing or sending out customer / prospect / marketing sequences. However, it can be very manual to set up and you definitely need to keep in maintained in order for it to be useful. The interface makes it somewhat of a learning curve to get set up but with some expertise on your team it can be a strong tool.

as a medium sized business HubSpot CRM gives us a good size of features without charging the same as something like sales force, and we can still manage it ourselves. it handles contacts, deal management, renewals, email campaigns and more.

Pros

  • Contact storing
  • deal renewals
  • email campaigns

Cons

  • features can be hard to find
  • there isnt automatic contact cleanup
  • ai features are lacking

Likelihood to Recommend

I think it is the ideal options for small to medium business that need a professional CRM but don't want to pay the big bucks. It is also an industry standard that you can grow into, so you will not have to deal with switching your CRM down the line

An SDRs review of HubSpot CRM

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work in tech sales and I couldn't do my job without HubSpot CRM. All of our client data is in HubSpot CRM, as well as billing and stuff like that. We also use it for outbounding efforts to generate new business for the company. It's super easy to use and I'm very grateful for that.

Pros

  • Calling
  • Emails
  • Sequences
  • Tasks

Cons

  • It crashes sometimes
  • Local time for the contacts in HubSpot CRM would be a nice touch
  • The ability to blast emails to multiple contacts without them being in a sequence

Likelihood to Recommend

HubSpot CRM is great for outbound efforts. It allows you to create sequences that make outreach super easy. If you're a growing business, you need HubSpot CRM to streamline everything. It's good for bigger companies.

I don't think it would be a good fit for smaller companies. It makes sense if you have a lot of prospects to reach out to.

Great system with a few changes I would like to see.

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use HubSpot CRM daily with a few different solutions. We use it for sales, customer service, and marketing. We are also now using Breeze Assistant along with the main items to help solve even more problems. At this point, it would be challenging for us to switch CRM systems since we have so much in HubSpot.

Pros

  • Clean data.
  • Easy to use.
  • Everything in one place.

Cons

  • Training is good, but could be better.
  • Easier use of agents.
  • Sales from their side can get annoying whenever I look at any pricing pages.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think HubSpot is really well-suited for small to mid-sized businesses that are trying to be efficient, optimize sales and marketing, and have plenty of room to grow. Being a smaller business, I do wonder how it would scale up if you were really large with tons of clients. I think that the customer service side could get messy.

Needs Improvements

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Main way to contact customers, internal ops, feedback surveys and only way to access customer contact information. We try very hard not to connect with customers via text message or email. We are working on getting the chat function up and running so it’s easier for customers to contact us.

Pros

  • Email tracking
  • Contact storage
  • Feedback

Cons

  • Email search
  • Ticket search
  • Outgoing options that are not email

Likelihood to Recommend

HubSpot CRM is great for email but it lacks in other areas. Also searching for a specific email can be difficult as it does not pull keywords very well. I typically have to look for a customer and then scroll through every email before finding the correct one. On other email servers I can look for a keyword and find an email that way. Additionally, the contacts are useful but it also adds every person emailed ever as a contact and also makes it hard to email two people even when connected to the same profile. We have to remember to add a second person if they’ve requested to be on all emails.
