Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot for my sales and sales ops team, and it has been helping my business run day-to-day work smoothly for the past 5+ years without any roadblocks or so. With HubSpot the ease of use along with automations & workflow is what it makes it more powerful.

Pros

  • Buyer's journey being mapped super efficiently be it in contact/lead/deal object field.
  • Workflow & ease of automation is what makes HubSpot a really good CRM.
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Powerful reporting & it's reporting ability to handle complex reports as well when we create custom reports.
  • Better scheduling and appointment module and flow something like how calendly does that.
  • Better integration with Slack and other internal communication tools.
  • It's positive for us and we have been able to see growth since we are using HubSpot.
  • It has made our sales team more powerful.
  • Our rev ops team can easily identify data for audits and ensure healthy hygiene of data.
It's ease to use and frankly anyone be it a beginner or a mature seasoned team member can literally use it with ease. It's easy to navigate and move from one module to another within HubSpot.
Best value for money and clean ui with ease of use and something which is super easy to navigate.
