Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

as a medium sized business HubSpot CRM gives us a good size of features without charging the same as something like sales force, and we can still manage it ourselves. it handles contacts, deal management, renewals, email campaigns and more.

All in all HubSpot CRM is relatively easy to manage. The array of features are good without needed a dedicated employee to manage the system (in theory). As you grow, it can become more and more complex and require additional oversight, but for starters I feel that it is fairly usable to understand

I think it is the ideal options for small to medium business that need a professional CRM but don't want to pay the big bucks. It is also an industry standard that you can grow into, so you will not have to deal with switching your CRM down the line
