Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

IMB Watson Assistant provides contextual chat for the e-commerce shopping experience. It helps increased conversions and reduced abandoned cart times while helping to increase NPS incrementally.

IMB Watson Assistant is good for large enterprises but more complex than off-the-shelf solutions on the lower end of the market. It’s also more sophisticated so it’s a trade-off.
Having better AI-assisted conversations increases conversions. It’s also delivering better customer experiences. Customers are willing to engage more and less likely to abandon shopping carts when they feel heard and get the help they need.

IBM Watson Assistant is a strong asset to our e-commerce operations. The contextual chat solution has increased conversions and helped us reach our goals. It’s not a low-end solution but it’s worth it over less expensive solutions.
