Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use iSpring to create and deliver mandatory training for several repair stations in the aviation industry. Before that, there was a lot of paperwork involved, and it was super time-consuming, but with iSpring, we can assign a course or pull up any report immediately. Our scope covers mainly Miami; therefore, we are creating courses in Spanish as well, so a big plus is that iSpring can translate courses into many languages without disrupting the design that much, so it is very easy and convenient.
Pros
- Support: I used their support just couple of times, but it was a pleasure every time.
- Webinars: I often go and check their webinars, they are teaching their users to be better designer, or better with creating courses. EXCELENT
- Course Authoring: Since their slide-based courses are created right in PowerPoint, there is no need to learn that much new features and everything run smoothly.
Cons
- AI Course Authoring: Design still need improvment.
- Text to speech: I would really appreciate if there was a option, to see all TTS in like one place together. so I can read them as they go, to make them better. Right now I have to click on every one TTS individually.
- Reports: There is so many options how you want to see your reports, but I'm missing an option, where I can check all assignments at once, not just by course, or by department.
Return on Investment
- Audits became fasters and easier, so iSpring helped reduce stress for the whole team.
- My courses are in english and spanish, so thanks to iSpring, even person with little english, but great spanish, can learn with us.
- Automatic reminders so I dont have to write a multiple kind reminders every day, iSpring will handle that.
