I find the 'pages' detailing really helpful as it provides a talking point with new or existing customers. You can research and have more of an understand of what they are looking for before picking up the phone.

I can be on a call with a customer, and I will get a live notification that the company I am on a call with has visited the website - always useful! I like the flexibility in setting up trigger reports too, as you can request as much or as little as you need. I like the realtime reports as it lets me share the information with our reseller network too, as they have contact details at a local level. It's just a well-rounded system for customer visibility.
I enjoy using the Lead Forensics platform as it gives us a lot of valuable data about site visits and the effect our marketing efforts are having on our target accounts. The account managers are very helpful and make sure you are getting the best out of the system. We are particularly starting to enjoy success from the watchlists function.

I think it's well-suited for any business who has time to be reaching out more leads, rather than the ones already reaching out. Or anyone who just wants to increase their sales and has website traffic. Or anyone who wants to fine tune their target market. E.g. they think their target market may fall into a certain criteria but the people on their site could be a different audience. Maybe that would tell them that they need to adjust their marketing or their website.
We use Lead Forensics for warm leads for our Business Development Team. We are in a very highly competitive field so we were looking for a way to assist our team. We were very happy with the results we have received and the implementations that Patrick and Tyler put into place for us.
