Lead Forensics Review
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
My organisation uses Lead Forensics to track website visits and allocate these to the relevant member of the commercial team to track. We also use Lead Forensics in Marketing to gain insight into the performance of individual pages of the website and how visitors interact with the website.
We can then do some investigation work behind the scenes and try to track down the right contact within an organisation to speak, and learn if there is a need/requirement for what we do within that organisation.
Pros
- Track website visits
- Easy to use dashboards
Cons
- If possible, track down the person visiting our website
Likelihood to Recommend
For us, an SME, Lead Forensics gives us a good overview of website visits and what pages people are visiting the most. However, one of the biggest drawbacks, and I know this would be or maybe difficult to overcome but we only know the organisation that has visited our website instead of the person from the organisation who has visited our website.
