First of all it comes packaged with Microsoft office 365 and very cost effective for Citizen developers with limited free and very less licensing cost. … Forms customisation not possible and hence you need Power apps for the same which again increases the license cost.

We need to purchase the separate License for the UiPath but in case of the Power Automate, it comes with the Office 365 making it much more cost effective in terms of usage . … Plus point - it can be used with the office 365 license only , no additional license needed for creating custom workflows.
