Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate

Microsoft Power Automate is one of the best tool in the market to automate your flows and you can rely on this tool as it gives you an email notification if any of your automated flows fail. There are different types of flows that can be used to solve lots of business issues.
The platform is a low-code environment so I find it quite easy to use and works just perfect.
  • Sending confirmation email to clients and user once the flow is triggered.
  • Fetching or Dumping files from one location to another if the flow is triggered.
  • Schedule flow helps to send alerts and triggers the flow at a specific interval of time to carry out the required task.
  • Power Automate also be used to convert any file format to a specific file format and save it to the required location
  • Provide more information about the available templates and should give step by step information's, this will help the new learners learn quickly and also should add more templates
  • Can use AI when there is need for writing O queries.
  • Should implement AI technology just like co-piolet in Power BI, where the user can give command and the flow should get created tailored to the requirement.
  • Converting any file extension to the required file type.
  • Sending out notifications and emails to the customers.
  • Sending alerts and birthday wishes.
  • Pulling and dumping data from one source to another
  • Works perfectly with Power Apps and SharePoint.
  • Should give more free connectors
  • Should start charging after giving a trial of the premium connectors
I migrated from ETL to Power Automate because there were so many things that were not doable in ETL flows whereas Power Automate is much more reliable and I find it a perfect tool for all my flow related requirements.
Haven't used them yet, but will surely look into it

Once I was stuck with an ETL functionality and was not able to pull the source file from Casamba and dump it into SQL because the number of columns kept changing and the file size was too big, that is when I got to know about Power Automate from one of my friend and I tried to create an automated flow and within a couple of days the flow was running whereas I was stuck from almost a month to make this happen.
