Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)
We began using [Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)] early on in combination with Microsoft forms. Since then we have used it more and more in order to run approvals and provide integration between various different platforms. We currently use it across the entire organization and is our go to solution for process flows.
- Connects to everything
- Easy UI
- Constantly improving
- Can get very complex
- Sometimes is not always easy to debug
- Some features are at a higher price license
- Preconfigured connections to various platforms
- Ease of use
- Process is seamless to the end user
- Cut out the paper
- Sped up changes
- Made processes much more trackable
In my opinion [Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)] is heads and shoulders above Nintex. It was much easier to learn to use and had a much cleaner UI. Nintex and Power Automate both had connections to a lot of platforms but since we used a majority of Microsoft products Power Automate seemed to plug in to our organization just a bit smoother. In the time that we had both products Power Automate had great improvements to an already good product whereas Nintex had much fewer (although also improved).
