Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use this MiVoice Office Application Suite Mitel software on all of the phones. It's used by the agents to accept calls from customers and to take calls from other agents. It's also used internally to transfer calls, access visual voicemail, and other necessary tasks. It has been our go-to software for a couple of years now and it is working well.

Likelihood to Recommend
This is a great piece of software for any company that answers a lot of calls, emails, and messages. We work in a call center and depend on the Mitel suite to help us assist the customers. This is great software for all users, both unskilled and advanced. It's easy to use in this type of environment.
