Overall Satisfaction with MiVoice Office Application Suite (Mitel Application Suite)
We use this MiVoice Office Application Suite Mitel software on all of the phones. It's used by the agents to accept calls from customers and to take calls from other agents. It's also used internally to transfer calls, access visual voicemail, and other necessary tasks. It has been our go-to software for a couple of years now and it is working well.
- Present info well on screen
- Makes answering calls easier
- Give the agents a solid interface
- There could be more functionality on the toolbar side.
- Call transfer options could be easier to use.
- It has made making sales and retention calls easier than ever
- With Mitel, we can assist customers and make money
- It appears to be a program we will continue using.

Though not the same thing, we find that Zoom works well with our messaging needs. We use it to communicate quick information with the agents. It's a separate type of app so it's hard to compare the two but both are instrumental apps for our business and we will continue to use them.
