RemotePeople is a global employment platform and Employer of Record (EOR) provider that helps businesses recruit, employ and pay international teams in more than 150 countries. Its EOR service manages local employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, tax administration and statutory benefits, enabling clients to hire in supported countries without establishing their own local entities.

Employment and workforce management

The platform brings employee and contractor records, contracts, documents, onboarding tasks and employment administration into one workspace. Employees can access payslips and documents, submit expenses and request time off. Managers can review approvals, track attendance and monitor onboarding progress.

Payroll and contractor services

RemotePeople supports multi-country payroll administration, employer cost and payroll reporting, contractor onboarding, invoicing and payments. Contractor of Record is available as a separate service. Payroll services are also available for companies operating through their own legal entities.

Recruitment and international expansion

Additional services include international recruitment, executive search, U.S. PEO, benefits administration, visa and immigration support, background checks and company incorporation. Customers receive support from dedicated account managers and local HR specialists.

Integrations and security

The platform supports integrations with HR, payroll and identity tools including BambooHR, Personio, HiBob, Rippling, Gusto, Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. RemotePeople reports completion of a SOC 2 Type II audit covering security, availability and confidentiality.

EOR Flex service fees start at US$199 per employee per month; salaries and applicable statutory contributions are additional.
