I think Rippling is perfectly suited for the work environment to track various organizational needs, specifically for Human Resources. Since joining my organization, I was able to complete my onboarding documents in minutes with no issues, completed various training modules, and am able to track my payroll, benefits, and time off with ease.
ISEE uses Rippling for their employee benefits, time off management, and payroll. ISEE is a lean start up and Rippling allows us to keep human resources and accounting lean. The tool has been praised within the organization compared to other similar tools. All in all the software and UI has been fantastic!

Perfectly well suited for a start up environment. The tool is very lean and all inclusive allowing employees to navigate all typical HR interactions through the software. Would recommend to a company of any size. It has been a perfect HR replacement and easily navigate at all employee levels and titles.
I used Rippling as an employee to manage my own information like benefit and time off. It is super user friendly and makes it easy for me to have all of my information in one place.

I think it's great for companies of any size. It's easy for employees to use and see all of their information in one spot. It's super easy for me to manage my benefits, time off and other info without having to search in multiple places.

</div><div>The product feels as though it was developed for users and not just for company HR teams. Because it is easy to use I find that I use it frequently. I am on top of my to-do duties and have more time, space and energy to focus on the actual work of my job.
I use it to see my payroll and benefits, log time off, and see co-worker's profiles. I use Rippling every day to find co-workers' contact info and positions, to see updates about benefits, trainings, and other announcements from HR. I'll also use Rippling to update my payroll banking information, 401k distributions, and my personal profile (how I show up to other coworkers).

Being able to have everything you need in one place when it comes to managing your employees/ your own benefits is so important. The ability to be able to pull reports is key to our company. The ease of clocking in and out is very simplified. The fact there is an app for employees to log in makes this generation more engaged with managing their time and benefits.

Our organization uses Rippling for our applicant tracking system, payroll, and employee management. As a small non-profit, the majority of our funding is dedicated to programming so we don't have a large budget for administrative and HR related systems. I researched and completed trials of several well known platforms to meet our needs in this area but they were either too expensive or didn't provide the flexibility we needed to customize our implementation. The ability to choose which services we did/didn't need was our primary reason for choosing Rippling. From the demo to signing the contract, our dedicated representative was very responsive and helpful. Not having to deal with a bot during the process was such a huge relief. Rippling has saved our team a tremendous amount of administrative hours and the integrations to other third-party services has been an added bonus.
