Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

ISEE uses Rippling for their employee benefits, time off management, and payroll. ISEE is a lean start up and Rippling allows us to keep human resources and accounting lean. The tool has been praised within the organization compared to other similar tools. All in all the software and UI has been fantastic!
  • UI is very user friendly
  • Notifications for payroll are very helpful
  • Time off requests are made very easy through the site.
  • Having a customer service line would be beneficial, only having email option to internal HR reps
  • Having a calendar time off interface would be positive
  • Nothing much else to recommend, I gave the tool 10/10!
  • Reduces need for large HR department
  • Reduces need for large accounting department
  • Allows easy on board which reduces cost for HR employee team

Fantastic usability. Never had a an issue and rate it 10/10 Fantastic usability.
Perfectly well suited for a start up environment. The tool is very lean and all inclusive allowing employees to navigate all typical HR interactions through the software. Would recommend to a company of any size. It has been a perfect HR replacement and easily navigate at all employee levels and titles.
