Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it to see my payroll and benefits, log time off, and see co-worker's profiles. I use Rippling every day to find co-workers' contact info and positions, to see updates about benefits, trainings, and other announcements from HR. I'll also use Rippling to update my payroll banking information, 401k distributions, and my personal profile (how I show up to other coworkers).
  • Paystub is easy to see
  • Find other coworkers contact info and other information
  • Update by 401k and HSA contributions
  • Hard to find certain applications
  • 401k reporting (Human Interest app) is not very intuitive
  • I would love to see the team in a tree (hierarchy) rather than just searching for people individually
  • Very useful to understand who works at the company, saves 5min by being able to look coworkers up rather than ask around
I reached out to customer support 1 time to order hardware for a subordinate, they were very helpful

Almost perfect, but it doesn't have all the apps and they're hard to find within Rippling sometimes
Great for small businesses (up to 200 people) but not well suited for a company larger than 200 people because the functionality is a bit limited. I would recommend for small, startup companies.
