Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Roomzilla for booking conference rooms for team meetings. Sometimes we have to book something on the fly when an issue comes up and sometimes we need to extend meetings beyond what we planned for - and Roomzilla makes all kinds of adjustments quick and effortless. It's also very intuitive to understand. For transparency, I received an incentive to review Roomzilla but the opinions expressed are my own.
Pros
- Extend meetings that go on longer than expected
- Instantly reserve a conference room for sudden needs
- Cancels other peoples reservations if they don't show up within a fixed amount of time (I think it's 10 minutes or so)
Cons
- Letting users define their "favorite" rooms so they show up at the top
- Listing how large each of the conference rooms are (allowed occupancy number)
Likelihood to Recommend
Any shared work space is a great use case for Roomzilla. The only cases where it isn't necessary is when you have a small enough team that you make arrangements amongst yourselves. It especially helps to coordinate in shared work space with people from multiple startups working together by making it easy to coordinate
