What is Snapforce?
Snapforce offers their suite of CRM applications for sales, customer service, marketing, and call centers, on a cloud platform. The basic package includes a core CRM package with contact and organization management, deals/opportunities, and pipeline management.
But beyond basic CRM functionality can be augmented with a number of add-ons. These include:
Workflow Automation
Includes advanced workflow builder with triggered automations, sequenced automations, and date/time automations that can run based on date/time increments from any date or datetime field in the system (custom fields included). Includes arthimetic formulas for currency and number fields. Triggered actions include emails, sms messages, creating new records, editing existing records, and deleting records.
Two-way Full Email Sync
Connect any email provider with Snapforce and begin to synchronize a mailbox and the CRM. All email will automatically find it's way (in real time) to the correct organizations or persons that it's tied to. This also works the other way around, any email you send from within Snapforce will appear in your regular email box. You can use this feature to sync email from any mailbox e.g. Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc.
Territory Management
For a business spread across regions with multiple office divisions, departments and numerous products/services, it is not an easy task to assign customer accounts to sales teams without proper planning. In some cases, it is equally complex to provide access only to selective organizations, for individuals from different teams to work together for a common sales objective.

Unlimited calls to the US and Canada. Call directly from the CRM, with click to dial functionality. No softphone required, calls are made directly from within the browser.
