Social Chat currently offers three distinct products to support Live Commerce on a website:

  • One-to-One: Private consultations for high-value customers that allows for maximum personalization
  • Shoppable Videos: Pre-recorded video content uploaded as an interactive shopping experience for maximum convenience.
