What is UXArmy?

UXArmy Online Usability makes the creation of a user test take minutes so user responses start flowing in within hours of the test launch. UXArmy Online Usability Testing captures screen video as the testers follow the instructions and tasks set out for them. The tool enables users to see the tester's screen and hear them think aloud as they navigate a website or mobile app.

While reviewing the test results a video can be edited into short clips of key findings. By sharing video feedback with product managers, developers, and marketing leads a stronger impact of findings from user research can be made.

UXArmy enables users to:

  • Run usability testing during under development stages of products or even when they are in a production environment.
  • Launch user tests with testers using invitation links. Instant recruitment with a curated User panel can be used, which has thousands of people from all walks of life available as testers.
  • UXArmy User Panel is segmented across several behavioral filters to screen the most accurate participants for research.

  • Visually represented results in the form of heat maps, navigation trees and mouse movement maps can be shared with a project team members and other stakeholders
