The TranWare Enterprise Cloud Fleet Management System is a solution designed to streamline and optimize the operations of public transportation fixed routes. According to the vendor, this system is suitable for companies of various sizes, ranging from small local transportation providers to large regional or national fleets. It caters to a wide range of professions and industries, including transportation companies, public transportation authorities, fleet management companies, taxi and limousine services, shuttle services, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) / Paratransit, microtransit, and airport shuttles.

Key Features

WebDispatcher: According to the vendor, the system tracks the location and status of vehicles in real-time to facilitate efficient trip dispatching. It can be accessed from a PC or smartphone for convenient monitoring of operations.

Scheduling & Dispatching: The system allows real-time monitoring of trip progress, vehicle maintenance, and breakdowns. It offers a modern interface for organizing, scheduling, and tracking vehicles, drivers, and shifts. The vendor claims that it supports CRM-based order entry for quick and accurate reservation intake. Manual or automatic dispatching can be enabled based on various criteria.

TranWAYE Paratransit: The system provides specialized tools for ADA paratransit, allowing next-day and on-demand trip route scheduling and optimization. According to the vendor, it generates efficient routes with real-time optimization and can adapt routes based on live events.

Mobile Applications: The system includes RiderApp for customers to submit reservations, receive trip cost estimates, track vehicle location, and receive notifications.
