Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use TrustRadius to do an initial review of available options in the market when our organization is looking at replacing or implementing a new solution. It provides a list of solutions in the industry and reviews from users that actually use the product/company. It helps narrow our focus on solutions that will best fit our needs and not waste time evaluating products that would never work for our environment or business. It also reduces cold calling and wasted time with product demo's that are not from best in class providers.

Likelihood to Recommend
It is great when looking at software features and analysis but it is a little lacking on MSP design which organizations are moving to because they do not have the internal personnel to self manage. It would be great if they also offered reviews of MSP providers to implement and support the different software offerings that are reviewed on the site
