I use TrustRadius for Buyers before making any decision on new software/tech purchases for my companies. The reviews on TrustRadius help me to determine potential issues that the product has, whether or not the product will be useful for our specific needs, and how they compare to similar products.

TrustRadius for Buyers also provides comparable software that I can seeand research. TrustRadius for Buyers can be used as a starting point to collect data on various products that have the same purpose as opposed to individually searching one by one.
