We are a small business that is growing very fast, that creates the need to implement fast changes that allow us to grow more efficiently and consistently always caring for the quality of our services, in that matter, investing in software is always more than just a purchase, it includes comparing, evaluating and projecting our results. Using TrustRadius for Buyers we are able to make time-saving and informative decisions providing us with the data needed to go along our business strategy.
- Reading other customer's reviews provide us with robust insights.
- Research boards make the search for solutions easier than just looking at plain categories.
- Advanced search allow us easy to find solutions and similar tools to compare.
- Sometimes the length of the surveys can be too long
- User reviews and opinion can be biased or not true
- Maybe we could easily find the less positive comments to create a worst case scenario

We really like the simplicity of the Garner Magic Quadrant, though the years, it has become an authority in the technical field being used as a reference in many technological fields, it is easy to read and understand but it lacks the personal iteration, opinion, and experience that only an user review can provide.
Having a product's overall score is a great tool to rate a solution, but we think is only an starting point, not a definitive key indicator, we need to clearly identify what data is included in that score, and on top of it it is very important to validate it with the customer reviews (even though some of them might be biased), adding information to the score, can only improve the information and reduce the uncertainty of an investment.
Since we were using different companies to find out valuable information regarding the software we could use, we were able to determine that TrustRadius for Buyers had a better filtering procedure to ensure the risk of having biased reviews was mitigated to the minimum, on top of it they provided very interesting comparing charts to help analyzing the data.
