Zoho Social Excellent Value for Mid-Size Teams Seeking Social Media Efficiency.

The main thing I used Zoho Social for was to automate posts on my personal LinkedIn account, and it always worked flawlessly. The cherry on top is the analytics pulled for each post, as well as the account-level increases and decreases in engagement and followers.

BIG SHOUTOUT ZOHO SOCIAL! Best platform we've used to send posts. Very grateful and once the free trial ends we plan on sticking with them for life. Their free plan and trial rock! Our company w3Develops helps setup study groups for our students and foster our community by being able to reach our audience successfully.

I love using it toschedule posts months ahead. It can be more suited to live streaming especially on twitch rumble x and facebook and youtube. If that happens it would be much MUCH better. But for now it works great.

Zoho has helped transform my time and efforts in how I am able to reach my audience. There is not a lot of time where I am posting without strategic insight as to the 4W's. Since using this platform there has been more time for me to look into other avenues to help my company.

It is suited for social media management forsure. I use it specifically for that, and so for me it is a great platform in that sense. If I were to broaden my need and desire for other components, I may have more insight as to what else Zoho could improve.

I use Zoho Social and a marketing consultant, so I use it to connect with my customers, as well as to help my customers connect with their customers. We use it for social media marketing purposes, and it comes in handy to be able to schedule posts across platforms. It really works for us.

Cons

  • I haven't found a way to edit the title of YouTube videos before they get posted... I need to go and edit it once it's live.
  • There could be greater options for customization for each individual platform when posting.
  • It can take a while for videos to upload to the platform.

Zoho Social is well-suited for social media marketing scheduling. Once you have your posts ready, you just plug them in and go. It's really helpful for setting up a calendar! I would like to see some improvements in sending YouTube videos, but otherwise, it's a great tool for its purpose. The price is a little high.

This Zoho Social platform allows me to easily post to all 4 social media platforms we use.

Pros

  • Posting is super easy
  • Shows recent posts across platforms
  • Brand health snapshot shows # of followers and other counts

Cons

  • When I enter a hashtag then try to put text before it, the cursor jumps to after it instead when I start typing
  • Including BlueSky in the free version would be amazing

Zoho Social has been a game changer. Allowing me to cross post over multiple platforms and monitor all activities from one location. I don't know how I managed social media before using Zoho Social, but I won't be without it anytime soon that's for sure. I highly recommend Zoho Social. You won't regret it.

We use Zoho Social to manage all of our business social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google. It has been very helpful so far and has allowed us to maintain a consistent posting schedule. It also allows you to customize your content for each individual platform which is great when you are posting the same content to multiple sites. It is truly optimized for each platform which we enjoy! We would recommend Zoho Social.

I use Zoho Social to post daily on all 6 of my social media platforms. It saves me a huge amount of time and brain power. Totally beats do it manually. Now I get to spend time creating content using AI rather that doing house tech house keeping. The question for everyone is they would rather spend time making money or doing housework. I highly recommend using it to save time and expand your reach.

  • The User Interface is very intuitive
  • They have a very flexible posting scheduler which shows you how many posts are already in the que before you add a new one.

Cons

  • The CRM is too complicated and broad.
  • I would already subscribe to Zoho CRM if it was as easy to use as Zoho Social.
  • Zoho Social is great. The next step is give it a great AI content generator.

We were writing LinkedIn social reports manually and tracking stats in spreadsheets so needed an automated solution. We wanted something that was easy to filter, easy to digest and efficient to use. We trialled a few options but found that Zoho Social was by far the best option, especially the custom reports page which has allowed us to achieve exactly what we wanted. There are also a number of extra features which we have since discovered and will definitely be making use of in the future including the social post scheduling.

We've found it to be very effective with reporting on social media stats, specifically LinkedIn, in custom pages and reports. I'd like to see more competitor comparisons/analysis in the future.
