Excellent reporting features
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We were writing LinkedIn social reports manually and tracking stats in spreadsheets so needed an automated solution. We wanted something that was easy to filter, easy to digest and efficient to use. We trialled a few options but found that Zoho Social was by far the best option, especially the custom reports page which has allowed us to achieve exactly what we wanted. There are also a number of extra features which we have since discovered and will definitely be making use of in the future including the social post scheduling.

- Tracking out the box LinkedIn stats (different to Zoho)
- Reduced the amount of time we have to take to track stats and create reports for our monthly anaylsis.
- Buffer and Zapier
I've found Zoho Social provides a much wider range of options and some are to a much more detailed level.
