Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

This Zoho Social platform allows me to easily post to all 4 social media platforms we use.

Pros

  • Posting is super easy
  • Shows recent posts across platforms
  • Brand health snapshot shows # of followers and other counts

Cons

  • When I enter a hashtag then try to put text before it, the cursor jumps to after it instead when I start typing
  • Including BlueSky in the free version would be amazing
  • Reduce staff time spend posting
Works well, clean interface and fairly intuitive.

Zoho Social gives access to many more social channels than Buffer, which even with paid accounts becomes exorbitantly expensive if you want more than a few channels.
