Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho has helped transform my time and efforts in how I am able to reach my audience. There is not a lot of time where I am posting without strategic insight as to the 4W's. Since using this platform there has been more time for me to look into other avenues to help my company.

Zoho is extremely user friendly. There is nothing about it where I am left scratching my head or closing my laptop in frustration. Everything is straightforward and for that I am thankful. A lot of other companies would send you through hoops and not help, Zoho holds your hand through the entire process.
While there are more than 50 platforms out there that I have indeed used, Zoho has been the best hands down. ACI Payments is selected here because out of 50, they could be 40-50. Zoho has been tremendous in assisting and being exactly what I need. I would take it over most competitors.

It is suited for social media management forsure. I use it specifically for that, and so for me it is a great platform in that sense. If I were to broaden my need and desire for other components, I may have more insight as to what else Zoho could improve.
