Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

The main thing I used Zoho Social for was to automate posts on my personal LinkedIn account, and it always worked flawlessly. The cherry on top is the analytics pulled for each post, as well as the account-level increases and decreases in engagement and followers.

Features like drag-and-drop scheduling and unified social inbox are user-friendly. However, some advanced features could use better documentation and tooltips. The mobile app experience could be enhanced with more native functionality. Overall, the platform strikes a good balance between functionality and ease of use, making it accessible to small teams while remaining powerful for advanced users.
Evaluated Hootsuite as the primary alternative. While Hootsuite offers more advanced AI features, its pricing is significantly higher. Zoho Social offers better value for small-to-medium teams, with a simpler interface, faster onboarding, and seamless integration with the Zoho ecosystem. Our main decision factor was cost efficiency paired with adequate feature coverage for our needs.
