Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I use Zoho Social to post daily on all 6 of my social media platforms. It saves me a huge amount of time and brain power. Totally beats do it manually. Now I get to spend time creating content using AI rather that doing house tech house keeping. The question for everyone is they would rather spend time making money or doing housework. I highly recommend using it to save time and expand your reach.
Pros
- Zoho Social is great at scheduling posts
- It's also great at being connected to the most popular social media platforms.
- The User Interface is very intuitive
- They have a very flexible posting scheduler which shows you how many posts are already in the que before you add a new one.
Cons
- The CRM is too complicated and broad.
- I would already subscribe to Zoho CRM if it was as easy to use as Zoho Social.
- Zoho Social is great. The next step is give it a great AI content generator.

I've used buffer app for years. At first it was the only one. Then it was the only one for the small business owner. The Zoho Social came along and reimagined post creation and post scheduling and now, in my experience, it's just much better. In my opinion, Zoho Social is just built on top of newer, better technology.
