15Five is a great addition for any department or company!
Overall Satisfaction with 15Five
We use 15Five across the company. Everyone is required to complete biweekly check-in's that are then reviewed by managers. All bonus-eligible employees track their annual goals in 15Five and make updates biweekly regarding the "percent complete." We started using this a couple of years ago and it replaced out old process for handling annual reviews.
Pros
- Reminders when check-ins are due
- Tracking annual goals
- Ability to give High Fives to anyone across the company for a job well done
Cons
- It's a little confusing to me the way that we had to set up our goals if the goals were linked to a larger goal for my boss or my boss's boss.
- Biweekly check-ins
- Goal tracking, especially for bonus eligible employees
- Seeing the status of check-in's complete/incomplete for direct reports in one screen
- Annual reviews are so much easier!
- The accountability piece is nice, for me to stay in touch with my manager and my direct reports to stay in touch with me.
