The whole organization uses 1Password to keep track of passwords.

I've never used another password management system.

I've never used the support personally, but I will say others have had trouble resetting their passwords.

1Password great for teams that need to store passwords, though it does require people to update and be engaged with it (management).

Not the prettiest, but works well for our purposes
