  • Segment audience that shows intent signals using keywords
  • Show accounts buying stage
  • Contact enrichment using sales discovery
  • Reports showing accounts moved from one stage to another for a segment

Cons

  • Workflows need a lot of work
  • Contact enrichment for international language
  • Overall international setup

I like the way it shows intent signals and setup alerts for sales for immediate actions. Workflows didn't work for me as expected however we still use orchestration
