Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

6sense keeps me informed around what my accounts are researching specifically related to our value proposition. This allows me to apply targeted messaging and ultimately win more deals. I hope every company I work at utilizes a tool like 6sense, I have won multiple deals because of our partnership - thank you 6sense!

Pros

  • notifying what my accounts are researching
  • indicating what links prospects are clicking on
  • sharing competitor research intelligence

Cons

  • Sometimes there are general 6sense notifications that are not the most helpful, more quality would be great
  • 6sense can be delayed on notifications sometimes, instant notifications when someone clicks on a website link would be cool
  • more insight into the specific terms being searched by a prospect would help too
  • 6sense has had a positive ROI, my very 1st cold call at my company was related to a 6sense notification and it lead to me closing a $100k+ deal, talk about a great experience
  • 6sense gives me insight in regards to what existing customers are asking for, and helps me stay on top of upsells, ultimately winning more deals
  • 6sense also notifies when prospects or customers are looking at competitors, and allows me to protect revenue, along with reducing customer spend churn
6sense is designed to help sales and marketing teams uncover their full funnel by turning anonymous buying signals into rich account data and insights -100% this is accurate. There's so much data on this planet, you're getting incredible insights from the outside that allow you to peak inside to an organization and better understand their challenges
I previously used Bombora and it was very vague, however when 6sense acquired Bombora that was very helpful and took 6sense to another level providing even more insight when combining the services and technology. My understanding of this is that there is strength in numbers when the right strategic approach is taken

Yes

6sense is great for a sales rep trying to find prospects that are fits for the product they sell. 6sense will provide alerts to guide you in the right direction. Finance teams will not need this tool as much, but this tool is great for marketing and sales teams that are trying to hit their quotas
