Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office
We use 8x8 to receive calls from customers and clients and to make sales calls. What makes this product exceptional is the ability to use the app when I'm away from my desk so I never miss a work call which is very important.
- Rarely in the last 13 years has the service gone down.
- The app keeps me available to clients when I'm out of the office.
- Price compared to service is worth every penny.
- The ability to block spam calls from my desk VoIP phone or my app should be added.
- The phone I've been using has worked perfectly for 7 years with no negative issues.
I haven't used is Predictive Dialer, it is very different from 8x8.
