Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office
8x8 allows us the ability to perform flexible inbound and outbound telephone communications with clients, prospects and suppliers. We were provided with telephone system handsets that were simple to set up and easy to use. We now also have call tracking and a virtual round robin for sales calls, allowing us greater tracking and flexibility in managing inbound sales tasks.
