Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We use 8x8 as our contact center provider. We have added the 8x8 app to our Zendesk omnichannel platform for operational ease. We rarely have outages or failures with 8x8 or the interface we use. The app was very easy to set up and the 8x8 onboarding team was incredibly helpful. Combining these products streamlined our daily operations immensely.

Cons
- From an admin perspective, 8x8 is relatively easy to use, once you know where to find everything. In my honest opinion, they could simplify many of the admin processes or at least make them easier to locate.
- Creating recordings for your contact center always takes multiple attempts
- Support is outsourced and never quick or easy.
- Finding recorded calls. The searches don't always work well
- When our business needs and structure changed due to covid, 8x8 was a perfect fit.
