Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
The Center for Family Services of PBC was relying on a outdated POTS-based PBX and phones. The system was old enough that parts could only be obtained by cannibalizing another unit. We needed modern VoIP solution, and as a nonprofit, one with a low up-front cost for the upgrade.

- For the same cost of our POTS service, we are able to have the stability and features of a cloud PBX and VoIP service.
