Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We utilize 8x8 for conference calls, meetings, scheduling appointments, and with the 8x8 app answering calls from our personal cell phone without giving out our personal number. In my department (HR) we utilize the text function to reach out to potential candidates and never miss a call even when away from our desk. We are able to forward calls to another associate, page function instead and recording our meetings for easy note taking.

Cons
- Audio settings
- Voicemail memory expanded
- The setup for texting creating the campaigns is challenging
- The cost associated with creating the text function with external #'s
- No need to pay for separate fax line
- The cost for all the functions is compatible with the competition
- Phones don't need to be replaced too often are reasonably priced
