Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I am a client care coordinator, and 8x8 Work is used for many facet of my job. 8x8 Work is our phone line, for myself and many providers. We also use their Fax feature as well as the desktop and mobile app calling and SMS.

Pros

  • Saving Voicemails in Multiple places, Mailbox and sending an audio file to the email
  • Customer Service & Tech Support are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.
  • Ability to download an incoming fax with ease to a PDF format.

Cons

  • The phone service will go down sometimes, making it not possible for me to call out
  • would appreciate more ability to control settings from the mobile app
  • The ability to see on the mobile app when a message has been left, helps prep for the next day
  • The SMS feature has improved the overall experience of connecting with our clients
It could be improved upon. When I am in office, even if a client dials the provider/clinician/ dietitian directly, the line will ring to me. When I try to forward the call, to the clinician, the line will ring back to me.

It is well suited for multiple lines for an entire office, as well as different voicemail boxes and the ability to personalize each line. It could work on the mobile app.
