Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use the 8x8 Work system, including landlines, cell phone and desktop apps. The major issue we have is trouble getting issues resolved timely. We wait on hold or do not get email responses. Occasionally our lines will go out in the office as well. Not sure if this is 8x8 Work or the Wi-Fi but it can be troubling to a working business.

Pros

  • The connection between phone, app and desktop
  • The amount of setting options on our landlines
  • The ease of us for holidays and voicemail change over through the admin portal

Cons

  • Speaking to a representative in a timely manner
  • Getting issues resolved such as texting
  • Not getting responses to support emails
It is suitable for what is needed day to day but when trying to use extra features or get help with issues quickly it is not ideal for our fast moving field of work.

As previously stated the issues with texting took far too long to resolve. The lack of ability to speak to a representative quickly. I sit on hold for way too long when I call. The lack of response when I try to email support.
