Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
Simple, easy to use and continually improved. Great support when I need it but it is very intuitive. Dare say it's fun? I work remote and it is a fantastic way to communicate with fellow employees. I also have terrible cell phone reception in my home office and I forward my cell phone to 8x8 and my calls work perfect. I also get an email with my voice mail that I love...

- Would like text ability
- incorporate my google contacts into 8x8
- would increase productivity 20% since my cell phone doesn't work where I am remotely located but internet does.
