8x8 Work is the main telephony system we use in our organisation. The integration within Teams (our main communication method) was crucial to be able to deliver a single platform that staff can use. Having everything in one place has meant less systems and an improved user experience for our staff.

Calling from multiple numbers is possible within 8x8 Work and the integration within Teams. This was key to our business and one of our main requirements. Whilst this took some time to get right including call quality this was down to external issues that the team at 8x8 Work worked hard to resolve with us.
