Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use 8x8 Work for our remaining desk phones as well as for our remaining Fax machines. The ability for some people to have a physical desk phone is important and 8x8 Work provides us a cost effective way to provide this option to those on our team who want to keep a traditional desk phone but keep the flexibility of remote work also.

  • Reduced cost by being able to provide a second number for use on personal cell phones.
8x8 Work is easy to use, which makes training a breeze. Users are not confused by the interface, and they appreciate the ability to see caller id on their computer as well as the phone. The ability to answer and receive calls on a deskphone, cell phone or a computer has given users the flexibility to work remotely when needed while still keeping in touch.
8x8 Work has great customer service and was able to assist us with the initial setup as well as providing great support when we needed to break apart two instances and migrate one to a new account. Porting numbers couldn't be simpler, and you cannot beat the price point, especially with all of the capabilities.

I am hard-pressed to find a specific use-case where 8x8 Work would not be beneficial. We have used it for entire Voice systems with key mapping and directories, to just providing a common number for maintenance staff to be able to be reached after-hours. 8x8 Work is easy to use and even easier to manage.
