Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We use 8x8 in our office - we eliminated all desk phones and use cellular or headsets on our computers. Probably the biggest issue we have is the service. Overall, system seems to work for our needs. It's a bit pricier than going the standard VOIP system. I find 8x8 slow to respond to issues or they upgrade or change things without notice which sometimes leads to service issues. Not being able to contact immediately is problematic. Always have to wait at least 24 hours for a response.

- invoicing is prompt
- online self help is useful for the most part
Cons
- customer service
- Telephone support
- keeping the customer up to date with changes - especially if they affect our connectivity.
Haven't looked at any others.
