It serves as our primary tool for voice calls for our remote call center. The scope of our use case is incoming and outgoing phone calls with our customer service team.
Pros
- Reliability
- Ease of use with dashboard
- Admin dashboard capabilities
Cons
- Setting up phone users is not intuitive
- Help center feels overwhelming and I often do not find what I need
- phone recordings are hard to search through, filters don't work well for me
- Allows me to focus on important aspects of the business without worrying about the phones not working
- Ease of use for my team is nice because user error is low
- Convenience of the mobile app helps when I am out and about and my team needs my help with something
