Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

8x8 Work helps provide us with physical phone service that also works virtually through web browser or app. We also use the web conferencing that is very flexible in working with the app or web interface.

Cons

  • A couple times things have not been self service that I felt should be
  • add a dark mode to the website
  • Solid high quality web conferencing helps us stand out with clients
  • The phone service has been very reliable which is needed when calling vendors and customers.
  • It has been a rock solid service taking up very little time to manage over the years.
The admin management is very intuitive and easy to setup new employees. Employees are able to easily use the phone and web conferencing services usually on their own without any training or help.
8x8 seemed to have higher quality video when video conferencing compared to the other products.

It has been very easy to manage 8x8 Work. Setting up new users, phones, and extensions was very intuitive. The web conferencing is also very high quality. I have also had no issues with the service in the couple years I've been working with them.
